“I’m here to chew bubble gum and improve your mobility… and I’m all out of bubble gum.” I’m a sports massage therapist and lifelong student of movement. I grew up in gymnastics and now train in combat sports. My work is rooted in Thai massage—blending biomechanics, recovery science, and nervous system regulation into a precise, sensory-rich flow. Being legally blind has also shaped my practice, enhancing my sensitivity to tissue tone, movement quality, breath, and protective guarding patterns. Whether you move like an aging Cyberman or are hypermobile like Stretch Armstrong, the approach adapts to you. Built to bend, not break Always intentional. Occasionally a little playful.
